Unlike most other online vendors, the "Bulk-packaged" merchandises listed on eardio.com are not the items that have been returned from customers or refurbished by the manufacturer. They are specifically divided into two categories with different condition definitions clarifying below:

  • New Open Box (NOB) & Excellent - Factory direct excess, product was straight off the assembly line and not yet put into original package, basically the same as NIB but original packaging and nonessential parts or accessories may be missing such as: replacement silicone ear tips, cable clips or carrying cases etc.
  • Minor cosmetic signs possible & Satisfactory - Product was pulled out from original hardware bundle, basically the same as NOB but may have minor cosmetic blemishes caused in transit and storage. Original packaging and nonessential parts or accessories may be missing such as: replacement silicone ear tips, cable clips or carrying cases etc.

For these products, they do not carry manufacturer warranty, but instead of that, eardio insist that all defects should be handled through our customer service directly and backed by 90 days exclusive store warranty. However, without original retail package, their price has significantly dropped and beat MSRP by up to 50%, please feel confident to shop with us, we will definitely help you to save money but still get a good and rare stuff!

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Central Illinois, unlike many other vendors, they do drop ship, with them you'll never know where is your order shipping from, sometimes even from oversea, we DON'T, we respect your time and guarantee all items you purchased from us will be shipped from USA.

Since most items on EarDio.com are listed as "Bulk Packaged", therefore they do not honor manufacturer's warranty anymore. However, instead of the original manufacturer's warranty we provide 90 days exclusive eardio store limited warranty. We warrant the device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the device, please let us know, we'll assist you with instructions for returning the device. Once we receive returned item, most time we just simply replace it with new one and send it to you immediately, alternatively we'll either repair the hardware defect at no charge to you, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. After this process we'll ship the replacement to you as quickly as possible.

EarDio has always striven to collect only the best consumer goods and ensure the highest quality possible, we hate to sell counterfeit goods, however due to the improving of knock-off technology it's getting harder to visually distinguish a counterfeit from the genuine products, you are curious to know and may ask why our price is at such low price and way below MSRP? We thought we should let you know that the items we are selling are at low price because they are not in brand new retail box, they have never used, are still in new condition but just missing insignificant retail package. In fact, although it's hard to visually distinguish a counterfeit headphone but it’s easy to compare the sound quality as fake items will never reach the sound quality of original ones.

We are proud to use PayPal as our payment moethod to collect your funds because they have bunch of advantages:

  • Some ear buds models (like the Sennheiser CX 300-II, Sony MDR-E808, MH-EX300AP, MDR-EX082 etc.) feature cables where one side of the cable is longer than the other. These are called "asymmetrical" cables and is a deliberate design by manufacturer.
    The longer side of the cable goes behind the neck to the other side of the head and into the ear so instead of having a two cables hang in front of a user in a "Y" configuration an asymmetrical configuration only has one single cable that is off to the side where it is out of the way. It is recommended to route the cable above the ear and then down into the ear canal. The cable exiting the ear bud should be pointing up.

  • Once we receive your items, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We'll send you an email to let you know we've issued the refund - it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account if your original payment wasn't directly from your PayPal balance. And if you paid with your PayPal balance, you can usually access your refund within 24 hours after we issue it (you can check your balane online in your PayPal account).
